Energy Management System

Starting October 11, 2027 , companies with an average annual energy consumption of 85 TJ or more must have a certified energy management system (EnMS) in place at the corporate level. This analysis takes into account not only purchased electricity and gas, but also self-generated energy (solar panels), fuel consumption, propane, heat, and other energy consumers.

Implementing an energy management system takes about 10–18 months, so be sure to start early. Energy-Check ensures that you are not only compliant, but that this also yields tangible results for your organization.
